React Job: PHP Software Engineer - 846

The Role:
We are seeking a PHP Software Engineer to join our "NV" team who will be responsible for developing, coding, testing, and debugging new and existing software. The candidate will work closely with the technical staff to understand and develop web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, testing and debugging software applications using PHP.
  
• Seeking and find solutions to problems faced.
  
• Participating in almost all of software life cycle phases: from analysis, design, implementation and integration testing to quality assurance.
  
• Understanding client requirements, analyzing, implementing new enhancements and fix bugs.
  
• Providing flexible software design that allows the application of change requests in a short time.
  
• Writing documentation such as: user guides, technical documentation and design documents.
  
• Documenting all changes and modifications in a clear manner.
  
• Proven ability to anticipate and avoid most common problems; proven ability to solve problems quickly and independently when they arise.
  
• Following agile development practices.
  
• Code reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
  
• Previous experience in PHP 7+
  
  • PHP Slim API experience is a plus
    
  • PHP ORM framework experience is a plus (especially Doctrine)
    
  • Experience with PHPUnit and PHP mocking frameworks is a plus
    
• Node.js/Nest.js backend development experience a plus
  
• Experience in Docker / Containers, Git
  
• Experience in building integrations between systems is a plus
  
• Experience in working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  
• Experience in working in a CI/CD environment is a plus
  
• Experience with ReactJS is a plus
  
• Jira experience is a plus
  
• Excellent understanding of OOP and design patterns.
  
• Delivery oriented person and multi-tasking person.
  
• Good testing skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
